Notes and Summary

• Jail Administration was unable to produce documentation that staff had received two (2) hours of suicide/mental health training in 2022 or 2023 in accordance with the facility’s operational plan.
• Inspection of the fire panel revealed that it was “red tagged” on 7/28/2023 indicating that there is a faulty smoke detector in the property storage area, resulting in the system remaining in trouble mode.
• The Jail Administrator was appointed in January of 2023 and has not taken and passed the required examination as of August 30, 2023.
