Notes and Summary

A review of video received after an escape revealed three (3) doors were left unsecured which allowed the inmate to obtain the keys to the jailer’s personal vehicle and access to the sallyport. Once in the sallyport, the inmate lifted the sallyport gate which allowed him to slide under it and escape.
