A review of life safety paperwork indicated that the facility was inspected by a state fire marshal on 2/15/2019. The facility has yet to address all violations and the fire marshal has not yet re-inspected the facility.
During a walk-through of the facility, it was observed that the fire alarm control panel displayed a trouble alarm. The system was unable to reset to normal while the inspector was on-site.
While reviewing inmate disciplinary reports, paperwork reflected that staff were offering a waiver/hearing prior to a notice of charges claimed against the inmate.
