- There is no two-way voice communication between inmates and staff as required by minimum jail standards. The administration failed to add an intercom to the recreation yard as recommended by technical assistance during the FY 2018 annual inspection.
- This inspector observed that the fire panel was last inspected on January 10, 2018 which places the inspection 102 day past due.
- While conducting the walk-through of the jail, this inspector observed there to be multiple lights out in the halls and in the inmate living areas including security lights, broken windows and paint chipping in many areas of the jail. This inspector observed the toilet sink combos were leaking in the west cell.
