During the review of a custodial death, it was determined the last observation round conducted before discovery of the incarcerated person exceeded 30 minutes.

This is most likely related to the custodial death (by suicide) of Zachary Brown on 12/25/2023 which was the only custodial death reported in this jail since January of 2023.
