Notes and Summary

• The Inspector discovered that officers were not attending quarterly life safety training as required in 263.41 Minimum Standards.
• During the inspection, it was discovered that staff was not processing the suicide screening forms as outlined in CCP16:22.
• A review of face to face observations showed that staff had exceeded 30 minute rounds by 1 minute up to 31 minutes.
