Notes and Summary

• During the walk-through of the facility, it was determined that 2 inmates were sleeping on Inmate Boats (Temporary Beds) in Multi-Occupancy Cell #15. It was determined that three inmate bunks in cell #7 (Single Cell) and cell #3 (M.O. Cell) are not currently being utilized due to plumbing issues that cannot be repaired, according to contract plumbers. This limits the amount of usable inmate bunks from 19 to 16.
• The alert signals at the officers’ station were activating, though no two-way communications could be established on either side.
