Notes and Summary

• During the walkthrough, it was observed that the fire panel was in trouble mode. Also, the blue tag from November 23, 2023, indicated that the panel was red tagged. There was not a service tag indicating that the deficiency was repaired.
• During the review of the CCQ and Mental Health Screening forms, this inspector was unable on two occasions, to determine if a CCQ was run and whether or not the magistrate was notified.
